Hacerse de buena provisión de líquidos y voluntad para llegar a la cima. Sumando los metros de subida y bajada en los volcanes (Cerro Verde e Izalco) son más de 3,000 metros. Arriba, todo es relax.

si no eres una persona deportista, te recomiendo caminar por lo menos 30 min diarios, durante dos semanas, antes de subir este colosal y hermoso volcan.
